​The participants were able to experience Ghana from a cross-cultural point of view; with experiences of peace and conflict mediation programs in courts and community settings;

visit cultural and historic sites; meet government and community leaders; and interact with the local people as well as other visitors from Africa attending the 3rd international conference in peace and conflict resolution held in Accra, July 26-28.

Cities visited include Accra, Cape Coast, Elmina, and Kumasi.
